We want you to feel comfortable here and stay safe during events at the Forum.
To ensure that all guests can evacuate quickly in the event of an emergency, we must always keep escape routes out of the event rooms clear.
Please note that the following items are therefore not permitted in the auditoriums:
- thick winter coats and large, bulky jackets
- oversized (sports) bags and large (hiking) backpacks
- seat boosters and cushions (unfortunately, due to the folding mechanism of the seats in the Main Auditorium, medical seat cushions are also not permitted)
- strollers and walkers
- other items (such as umbrellas) that could pose a tripping hazard
Please check large coats and bags at the coat check. For events organized by the City of Leverkusen’s Department of Culture and City Marketing, this service is free of charge. For other events, the coat check fee is 1.50 euros. The fee can be paid in cash or by card.
Our staff at the entrance will determine which items may not be brought in for safety reasons.
